Terms & Conditions for Booking Open Competitions

Eligibility

All entrants must be a Member of a Golf Club Affiliated to a Home Union

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking using your confirmation reference number through the
online system or by contacting the Club directly.

• Cancellation more than two weeks before event - full refund
• Cancellation less than two weeks before event, or failure to cancel - no refund.

Booking Transferable

Your booking is fully transferable. If you are unable to play, you may allow another
person—such as a friend or family member—to use your tee time at no additional
charge.

Handicap Requirements

All entrants must have a minimum of 6 acceptable scores, at least 4 of which must
be from competitions within the previous 12 months of the Competition Dates.
Some competitions or special events may impose handicap limits; these will be
stated in the relevant event details.
